With a range of machines covering clamping pressures of 20T through to 200T we can produce small to medium injection mouldings up to 600g in weight, in any colour requested & in a range of polymers – we currently mould over 70 types of material. Working alongside various suppliers we can source all grades of polymer, to individual bespoke, industry or quality specifications.
We offer tool sampling, low volume production & a storage facility for high quantity, JIT or space limited customers. This will allow your business to remain cost effective & ensures we are proactive to your needs.
Our inspection facilities include an Axiom Co-ordinate Measuring Machine, allowing for measurement of precision plastic parts to very fine tolerances.
